Building a pool in Kerala: what we plan for
Two monsoons
High annual rainfall needs proper overflow, drainage and waterproofing, plus a water-treatment routine for the rainy months.
Humidity
Constant humidity affects equipment and finishes. We choose suitable materials and keep plant rooms ventilated.
Varied soils & groundwater
Laterite, coastal and backwater sites differ. We assess the ground and design the structure accordingly.
Resort & wellness pools
Natural-looking, landscape-integrated pools for resorts, homestays and Ayurveda and wellness retreats.

Frequently asked questions
Do you build swimming pools in Kerala?
Yes. We design and build pools for resorts, homestays, villas and wellness retreats across Kerala, and also renovate existing pools.
How do you design a pool for Kerala's heavy rainfall?
Pools are designed with overflow and drainage, the right waterproofing, and a water-treatment routine for the monsoon months so the water stays clear.
Can a pool be built at a hill-station or backwater property?
Usually yes. We first assess the soil, groundwater and access, then design the structure for the site.
Do you renovate old resort pools in Kerala?
Yes. We repair leaks, reline pools with reinforced PVC membrane or retile them, and upgrade filtration and lighting.
